I have experienced multiple benefits participating in the Forum. The main one is a safe feeling of belonging. Discovering I’m not the only person going through rough times. Annie conducts processes with kindness, to help us notice and release patterns of behaviour which no longer serve us. Being able to share my troubles in a trusting and confidential environment while feeling vulnerable is a valuable relief. There is no judgement. Others sharing their situation is encouraging and makes facing fears almost gentle while fostering a warm connection between us.
